UNITED SAFEWAY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED was founded in Gandhidham, Kutch, India by Mr. Balaji Naidu in 2009. The office was opened in Gandhidham, Gujarat, India for providing Custom Broker Service, Fleet Owners and Complete Logistic Solutions throughout Kandla, Mundra, Hazira, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bangalore & other major ports.

With over 02 decades of experience, our directors bring deep industry knowledge and operational excellence. We ensure smooth functioning of logistics operations and deliver timely, reliable services that meet client expectations without interruption.

Mr. Balaji B. Naidu

Director & Founder

With over two decades of hands-on experience in logistics and port operations, Mr. Balaji B. Naidu has been actively engaged in the logistics industry since 2004.

He is the founder and principal architect of United Safeway India Private Limited, having transformed the organization from a modest, transport-oriented operation into a fully integrated, multi-vertical logistics and port operations group.

Under his leadership, USIPL has established strong operational capabilities across all major Gujarat ports and ICDs, with particular dominance at Deendayal Port (Kandla) and Mundra Port.

He has been directly involved in handling complex project cargo, renewable energy components, ODC movements, vessel agency operations, and time-critical port logistics, working closely with port authorities, customs officials, shipping lines, EPC contractors, and government stakeholders.

He is widely recognized for his deep understanding of port regulations, customs compliance, operational risk management, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring the seamless execution of large-scale and sensitive logistics operations. His leadership philosophy is rooted in ownership, accountability, compliance, and execution excellence.

Mr. Balaji B. Naidu

Director & Founder

Mr. Bhaskar B. Naidu joined the organization in 2012 after completing his B.Sc. in Computer Science from Madras University and has since played a critical role in strengthening the company's systems, governance, and scalability.

He has led the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, including ERP systems, process automation, documentation controls, compliance monitoring frameworks, and MIS-driven reporting, significantly enhancing transparency, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

He oversees regulatory compliance, internal controls, audit coordination, IT infrastructure, and process standardization, ensuring alignment with statutory, port, customs, and international trade requirements.

His technology-driven and compliance-focused approach has enabled USIPL to scale operations across multiple ports and ICDs while maintaining robust governance and risk mitigation standards.
